Akiba Kamen (秋葉仮面; Akiba Mask) is an Alice Project unit formed in 2016, after to the voting age was lowered from 20 to 18. The units goal was to promote the election to young people and help them gain interest in the politics.
The former House of Representatives and a former governor of Miyazaki Prefecture, Higashikokubaru Hideo is also supporting them.

What is Akiba Kamen?
The 2016 summer, the voting age for national elections will likely be lowered to 18 from the current 20.
To increase voter turnout of young Japanese, the unit was formed in the hope that young Japanese have a interest in politics.
The name is ‘Akiba Kamen’. Forming around Sakura Yuki who graduated from Tokyo University, they hold up the main theme「Let’s go to the polls」and will continue to deliver messages to young Japanese! A former member of the House of Representatives and a former governor of Miyazaki Prefecture, Higashikokubaru Hideo is also supporting them.
It will be the first House of Councilors election on July since the voting age for national elections will likely be lowered to 18 from the current 20.・ Focusing on the new age, how a voter turnout will end up?
